Dog enjoying boarding stay

Terms and Conditions

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using our pet boarding services.

This is placeholder content. Replace with your actual terms and conditions.

1. Introduction

These terms and conditions govern your use of our pet boarding services. By booking with us, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

We provide a home-from-home environment for your pet and ask that you read these terms carefully before making a booking. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updates to these terms.

2. Booking and Payment

Bookings are subject to availability. A deposit may be required to confirm your reservation. The balance is due as set out in your booking confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel bookings at our discretion.

Payment methods and due dates will be confirmed at the time of booking. Late payment may result in cancellation of your reservation. All prices are in pounds sterling unless otherwise stated and include VAT where applicable.

3. Care of Your Pet

We will care for your pet to the best of our ability and in line with the information you provide. You must disclose any health issues, behavioural issues, or special requirements. We are not liable for conditions that were not disclosed to us.

Daily exercise, feeding according to your instructions, and companionship are included. If your pet requires medication or a specific diet, please provide clear written instructions and sufficient supplies for the full stay.

4. Cancellations

Cancellation policies will be set out in your booking confirmation. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or amend your booking.

Deposits may be non-refundable in certain circumstances; we will advise you at the time of booking. If you need to shorten your stay, refunds for unused nights are at our discretion and subject to our cancellation terms.

5. Liability

Our liability is limited as permitted by law. We recommend that your pet is insured and that you have appropriate cover for the period of boarding.

We take all reasonable care but cannot be held responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings left with your pet, for minor injuries sustained during normal play, or for circumstances beyond our control. Veterinary costs arising from pre-existing or undisclosed conditions are your responsibility.

6. Health and Vaccinations

Your pet must be up to date with vaccinations as required for their species (e.g. for dogs: distemper, parvovirus, hepatitis, leptospirosis, and kennel cough where recommended). We may ask to see vaccination records before or at check-in.

Pets showing signs of infectious disease may be refused admission or collected from our care at your expense. We reserve the right to seek veterinary advice if we have concerns about your pet's health during their stay.

7. Behaviour and Compatibility

We accept friendly, sociable pets that are suitable for a home environment. You must inform us of any aggression, anxiety, or resource-guarding so we can plan their care appropriately. We may decline or end a stay if we consider a pet to be a risk to people or other animals.

If your pet is staying with other pets in the same household, please confirm they get along. We will do our best to accommodate group bookings but cannot guarantee that all pets can share the same space at all times.

8. Personal Belongings

You may bring bedding, toys, or other items that help your pet feel at home. We cannot guarantee that these will remain in perfect condition and accept no liability for wear, loss, or damage. Please do not leave items of high monetary or sentimental value.

All belongings should be clearly labelled with your pet's name. We will return them at check-out; any unclaimed items may be disposed of after a reasonable period unless you arrange collection.

9. Emergency Contact

You must provide an emergency contact who can make decisions about your pet if we cannot reach you. We will contact you or your emergency contact in the event of illness, injury, or other concerns. By signing these terms, you authorise us to obtain veterinary treatment for your pet if we deem it necessary and you are unreachable.

You are responsible for all veterinary costs incurred during the stay unless caused by our negligence. We will keep you informed of any treatment and provide copies of vet reports or invoices on request.

10. Contact

If you have any questions about these terms and conditions, please contact us using the details provided on our website. We aim to respond to enquiries within a few working days.

For urgent matters relating to an active booking, please use the phone number or email provided in your booking confirmation so we can assist you as quickly as possible.
